Common Ground

Common Ground is an organic farm located on Oasis property. Members of the community are invited to participate in the food-growing experience by purchasing a "share" or to volunteer just for fun and therapy. Apart from growing nutritious, pesticide-free food, the farm provides a "common ground" for the development of new friendships within our community.

Common Ground also hosts field trips for our neighborhood elementary school so children can see and experience how crops are grown.

Thank you so much for your support. Your garden was one of our students’ favorite field trips! Your members have lived a life of service to us and I am so thankful for the modeling of servant leadership. I hope our entire DeLand community will come to know what you all have done for our children, teachers, and their families.
