Who We Are
First and foremost we are followers of Jesus Christ. We strive to know Him, to become more like Him, to do the things He has asked us to do, and to help others do the same.
We're not about rules. True Christianity is about a relationship with God and acceptance of the mercy and grace He has freely offered us. We are all journeying together to become fully-devoted followers of Christ. Since we are all at different places in that journey, we strive to show each other love, grace, and patience — just as Jesus does for each of us.
Although we are joined in purpose to a much larger body of followers, we believe that God has a unique role for our particular congregation and that He is shaping us and leading us to accomplish His purpose.
Our worship gatherings are casual and friendly with contemporary music and encouraging, practical biblical messages. We greatly value our relationship with God and with each other, and our meetings reflect that.
Of course, being a follower of Jesus is not just a Sunday morning thing. We believe in serving God, one another, and our community throughout the week.
Leadership
Jesus is the ultimate leader of our church. Our leadership team includes two pastors and a number of committed lay members. We continually look to Jesus for direction on the decisions that must be made and the plans He has for His church.
